It has recently been expanded to include law firms.LEGAL IMS consists of four modules.Project/Case Master includes outside counsel management, file and recordsmanagement, time, litigation support, seamless interface to wordprocessing, keywords, budgets/funds, and more.Scheduling and Calendar includes complete scheduling and calendarfunctions, tick lists, to-do lists, and a daily/weekly calendar.Document Assembly is a document precedent library management system anddocument generator. It allows selection of standard paragraphs, andidentifies retained documents for assembly into a draft document.Words-In-Text (WIT) Search is a text-retrieval system that uses threemethods: keyword searches, proximity searches, and Boolean searches. Itpermits searches using index by title and combinations of words.Searchers can characterize material in many ways, and it can combine WITwith other search criteria such as premeditated topics and conceptsearches.
